The full amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the credit card at the time the order is cancelled.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS. In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless a delay is otherwise noted on the website home page, or if the order is being held for insufficient address or per customer request. We do not ship on holidays, weekends, or while we are closed for vacation. Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Orders that are over US $100 may have a signature required at delivery. Except in the case of Express Mail, which has a guaranteed delivery date of 1-60 days (depending on delivery location) we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date. General delivery times can vary, depending on location and availability of your local USPS carrier. With the closure of many USPS sorting centers nationwide, delays are to be expected occasionally.

International Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS. In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless a delay is otherwise noted on the website home page, or if the order is being held for insufficient address or per customer request. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total size, weight, and value of the contents of the package. Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. reserves the right to refuse sale and shipment to any country or client for any reason. Reasons a sale may be refused is if there have been unsuccessful attempts at delivery to that client or location before, if the shipping location is an area we prefer not to ship to, or if fraud is suspected. Shipping outside the continental U.S. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Express Mail. Please note you will be responsible for any taxes or duties your country collects on imported goods. Delivery speed varies with International shipments, and therefore we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date with any International shipment. Typically, orders are delivered within two weeks to most areas, but can take up to eight weeks if there are delays with the buyers local postal service or if there are delays in Customs. Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return or exchange your orders. Exception items are final sale and we are unable to accept returns. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled at the buyers request. If your order has already been shipped upon notifying Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co., you may return the unopened package and merchandise for a refund if it qualifies per the above return policy.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the company, and who are on a need to know basis, have access to information collected from individual customers. Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. uses Wells Fargo Bank as our credit card merchant, and therefore this protects the client’s bank and credit card information. Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. and it’s employees never have access to the client’s credit card or bank account information, that is kept completely protected by Wells Fargo Bank. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information or your e-mail address to any third party for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. will only be in connection with orders placed by the buyer or a company representative, and occasional promotional notices regarding sales or other special events. If you receive a promotional notice and you would like to be removed from those mailings, simply reply to the e-mails to have your address removed from the mailings.

Payment

All major Credit/Debit Cards are accepted through Wells Fargo Bank. We prefer this payment method, but on occasion will also accept US money orders as methods of payment if the buyer is not able to use Wells Fargo Bank for some reason. Our Terms are payment in full at time of purchase.

Sales Tax

Currently, Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. only charges sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of California. You are expected to comply with your state’s current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. In the event the tax laws change, including the addition of an Internet tax, then Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. will be in full compliance and will also collect those required taxes.

Termination of Agreements

Both the Client and Alex’s Organic Nutrition Food For Animal Co. have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be refunded.

Availability

The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this website you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
